Would definitely recommend for a weekend respite

Spacious room, charming staff, with a fantastic location allowing quick access to public transportation, particularly the bus stop right in front of the hotel making it easy to explore the area and all offerings, including also a nice breakfast that had a good selection of local dishes.

Everything was exactly right.

Comfortable beds, BBC and coffee facilities in the room. Lots of savoury breakfast options.

Big family room. Clean venue. hotel is located near the city center.

SPA

Fantastic sauna and jacuzzi to unwind, great location close to attractions, rooms with comfy beds. A peaceful atmosphere.

The size of the bed and room was good and the facilities in the room excellent

I didnt like the spa and the Turkish bath. The spa was really cold and my spa bath in my room was better! Also the Turkish bath was not a Turkish bath it was a steam room.

This hotel did not interrupt my stay in any way, I would stay again.

The cost was high and I thought breakfast had been included.

Consider asking about nearby dining options for hidden gems that aren't widely advertised. It could enhance your local culinary experience.

The Spa, pool and sauna was fantastic.The staff were very helpful and eager to assist.

WiFi was not free after 15 minutes, this is unacceptable in a hotel of this quality. The wet sauna stunk of dead feet and was unusable and needed cleaning (the dry sauna was superb).

The hotel room is excellent for the price. The hotel is clean and modern. It is one of the best hotels we travelled in Spain/Europe.

The stairs leading up to the front door is annoying as you have to carry heavy luggage up quite a few steps. Access pathway should be built for handicap and moving luggage

I can't believe this hotel claims to be four stars-it has no room service, and i had to personally retrieve soap. The swimming pool was clouded with disappointments too, as it was clearly underfunded. I honestly almost gave a good review but just couldn't after missing out on my expected room upgrade-what a tragedy!

Good internet connection, very good beds!!, clean modern decorated rooms

Internet (WiFi) is not included and cost an additional 10 euro/day. Coffee machines at breakfast were always out of milk....

Room was very nice. Close to train station, very easy walk

Staff was very corporate, a bit cold. A bit far from the town center, though we walked many times.

Charming hotel with a fantastic rooftop terrace and splash pool. The staff exudes warmth. Conveniently located near public transport-buses and tram systems easily accessible. Breakfast offers a good selection, though dinner options may feel limited. Definitely worth a visit for a short escape.

Pleasant and clean place with pleasant and welcoming staff at the reception desk. Soundproof standard twin room, very comfy beds. Savoury and tasty breakfast with fabulous products. Particularly good location - close to Triunfo Gardens. Shopping area and nice views.

The welcome and helpfulness of the reception staff gave me a an excellent first impression
